Prof. Aldhalimi is professor of Faculty of Medicine of the University of Kufa. Also, he is president of the University of Kufa.

He earned D.V.D. (Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology) from College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, 1998, C.A.B.S (Colleague of Arab Board Committee for Medical Specialization) in Dermatology and Venereology, 1999, and Diploma in laser applications in dermatology, Institute of laser for post-graduate studies- University of Baghdad, 2004.

His interests are Laser and physical treatment applications in treatment of skin diseases.
