The 3^rd Innovation Lab on Neuroscience & Electrophysiology is a part of the 9^th Science and Technology Exchange Program (STEP). Mustafa Science and Technology Foundation (MSTF), with the cooperation of ScienceBeam Institution (SBI), organizes the 3^rd Innovation Lab to accelerate research programs in Neuroscience & Electrophysiology in the Islamic world by holding workshops and awarding equipment grants (54K EUR) to the selected participants.

How to apply for the grants?

• Those who are interested in applying for the grants must submit their research proposal and CV and present a recommendation letter from a senior researcher to innovationlab@sciencebeam.com
• The format of proposal is not critical. However, applicants must clarify why they need ScienceBeam equipment for the progress of their research.
• The submission deadline is February 12, 2023!

After receiving all proposals and conducting the evaluation process by the scientific committee, grant recipients will be announced in the 9^th STEP closing ceremony.

Who can participate in the workshops and apply for the grants?

Researchers, postdoctoral fellows, and post-graduate students in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Physiology, Pharmacology, Psychology, Psychiatry, Physical Medicine, Medical Engineering, Robotics, and other related fields can participate in the workshops and apply for the grants.

Details of the grants:

The grants sponsored by ScienceBeam totally worth 54K EUR that include the following equipment:

• eLab systems (20,000 EUR)
• eWave 64 (25,000 EUR)
• eWave24 (10,000 EUR)
• eWave8 (4500 EUR)

• 80% equipment grant for the first winner (up to 14,000 EUR)
• 50% equipment grant for two winners (up to 10,000 EUR)
• 35% equipment grant for two winners (up to 10,000 EUR)
