In 1998, Dr. Keçeci completed the Istanbul University Florence Nightingale School of Nursing. She received her master's degree in Nursing Education at the same university in 2002 and Ph.D. title in 2007. Keçeci, who has been working at Düzce University for nearly 10 years, has worked as a manager in Lifelong Education Center and Vocational School of Health Services. Since 2016, she has been working as the Continuous Improvement and Education Coordinator at Düzce University in Turkey. In order to establish and ensure the adoption of a quality culture in the university, it has implemented the Internal Evaluation process.

At the meantime she is Head of Accreditation Committee of Nursing Programs Evaluation and Accreditation Agency in Turkey.

In professional publishes, she focused on nursing education, health education, health professionals-patients communication and theories, simulation, mixed method research in the nursing area.
