Prof. Saidur Rahman was recognized eight times in a row (2014-2021) as a highly-cited researcher by Clarivate Analytics for being top 1% in the field and worked with University of Malaysia, KFUPM. Prof. Saidur Rahman is affiliated with Lancaster University UK as well along with Sunway University Malaysia, published more than 800 papers with a total citation of over 60,000 with an h-index of 128. He trained/mentors local and international researchers/students on research, publications, postgraduate supervision, excellence in teaching, research grant writing proposal, higher studies admission proposal, higher studies in overseas countries, research at the undergraduate level, the importance of life-long leaning, and patience in research. Rahman played a role as a keynote speaker locally and internationally in his research area, built an impressive lab by spending more than 3 Million USD$, and secured more than 6 Million US$ research grants from different funding agencies. He has also supervised almost 100 postgraduate students and is involved in social contributions to help poor/needy/orphan people.
