Biography:

Dr. Nizar Jawad Hadi has worked in many areas of advanced engineering including Nanofluid, rheology of polymer, numerical simulation, and nanotechnology. He has participated as a member of various workshops and courses in Europe and united states. He is now a Dean of materials engineering college. He works as head of polymer and petrochemical industries department for three years and dean assistance for administrative and financial affairs for three years also. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering/college of engineering at Baghdad University. He supervised twelve master and three Ph.D. students in the fields of rheology and nanotechnology. He participated in twelve international conferences and ten local conferences. He published more than thirty five papers in the international and local journals. He participated in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate. He has participated as visitor professor in Cozsalin university/ republic of Poland. He established a rheology and nanotechnology labs in the College of materials engineering. Dr. Nizar holds many meetings and symposiums with industrial companies of public and private sector. He visits many factories and universities in Europe and united states in different periods. He connects between mechanical and materials engineering to study a new rheological and Nanofluids phenomena’s and behavior during many advanced mixing and manufacturing processes for medical, energy, environmental applications.

Current Research and Recent Achievements:

1- Production of biopolymer nanofiber for drug delivery application.

2- Studying the rheological effect on extrusion of sewage pipes from PET waste.

3- Investigation the rheological effect on the cellular thermoplastic polymer for medical application.

4- Experiment and modeling study of Rheological and physical properties of Bio- polymer Nano composite in capillary Rheometer

5- Synthesis of Bio-polymer/ Nano-collide Solution for Medical Application.
