Prof. Sharipov Kongratbay Avezimbetovich was born on March 24, 1963, in the Kungirot district of the Republic of Karakalpakistan, and his nationality is Uzbek. He has the scientific degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences and the scientific title of professor. He started his career in 1987 as an intern-teacher at the Department of "Agricultural Transport" of the Moscow Institute of Agricultural Production Engineers named after V.P. Goryachkin. Prof. K. Sharipov has a total of 45 years of work experience, of which 17 years work experience was in the automobile industry as CEO and 28 years of work experience was in the field of higher education as Dean, Vice-rector, Rector, and First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a high-potential scientist, Prof. K. Sharipov is the author of 45 textbooks, 193 study guides, 28 monographs, and 25 patents, which are important methodological resources for students. He also published 283 scientific articles in foreign journals and 143 in local journals. Prof. K. Sharipov has led a number of international and local research projects. He has an honorary doctorate from the Ural State University of Economics of the Russian Federation.
