Charles McIvor is a policy analyst at the OECD’s Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation. His research and work for governments around the world focuses on the design, governance, implementation, and evaluation of mission-oriented innovation policies. He joined the OECD from the Government of Canada, where he worked at the Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and contributed to a range of research, policy development, and program implementation files since 2015.
