Professor Bayram Altan is a distinguished academic, author, and public servant with a diverse professional background. He holds degrees in Management, Theology, and Public Administration, earning his PhD in Public Administration in 2001. His extensive career in the Turkish public sector began in 1973, culminating in senior advisory roles for a State Minister and the Prime Minister. In the private sector, he has served as a consultant, foreign trade manager, and general manager. A highly prolific author, Professor Altan has published 93 books on subjects ranging from history and tourism to Islamic studies. His book "Who Governs the World? The Secret World State" earned him the "Author of the Year" award in 2008. He is currently the President of the Union of Academicians of Islamic Countries and serves as Deputy Chairman of the International Union of Universities.
