Professor Naoures Khalifa is a distinguished academic and a recognized researcher in artificial intelligence for healthcare, with over two decades of experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from ENIT, Tunisia, and has advanced from assistant to a full professor at the Higher Institute of Medical Technologies of Tunis (ISTMT) since 2002. Her expertise encompasses deep learning, medical imaging, multimodal data fusion, and explainable AI. Beyond her teaching and research, Professor Khalifa is a key figure in building international collaborations, having led Franco-Tunisian, Algero-Tunisian, and Indo-Tunisian projects. She is a frequent speaker at international scientific conferences, where she advocates for ethical and effective AI solutions in clinical settings. Her work is at the forefront of bridging academia, clinical practice, and global partnerships to drive innovation in medical technologies.
