Biography:

Professor Osman Hasan is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with a proven record of excellence in higher education engineering. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Canada. His research spans Formal Verification, Hardware Security, Approximate Computing, and e-health, and he has secured over Pk. Rs. 130M in research grants from national and international agencies. Professor Hasan has authored over 270 publications, including 6 books and more than 100 journal papers, with an H-index of 30 and over 3750 citations on Google Scholar. His contributions to internationalization are notable, as he has won two major Erasmus Mundus grants and fostered collaborations with universities across America, Europe, and Asia. With four years of industry experience, including a role at LSI Logic in Canada, he has successfully filed four patents and is commercializing two products. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Tamgh-e-Imtiaz (Medal of Distinction) by the President of Pakistan.
