Professor Ir. Ts. Dr. Pau-Loke Show is a highly distinguished academic and researcher, currently serving as a Full Professor in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at Khalifa University in the UAE. He also holds a professorship at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where he was a founding director of Future Food Malaysia and the Sustainable Food Processing Research Centre. Prof. Show completed his Ph.D. in a remarkable two years from Universiti Putra Malaysia and is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Young Asian Biotechnologist Prize and the Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian Award. With over 550 journal articles and an h-index exceeding 114, he is a global leader in his field, particularly in Microalgae Technology and Food Engineering. He has successfully supervised over 45 students and leads a research team of 30 members.
