Dr. Yasir Waheed is a distinguished Professor and Head of the Department of Research at the NUST School of Health Sciences, National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad, Pakistan. For five consecutive years, Dr. Waheed has been listed among the world’s Top 2% of highly cited researchers, a testament to his substantial contributions to academia. His research has garnered over 125,000 citations and spans a diverse range of multidisciplinary areas, including virology, clinical research, bioinformatics, and public health.
