The fourth round of Science and Technology Exchange Program in the Islamic world, shortly known as STEP is underway in the Omani Capital, Muscat. The four day event is co-organized by Mustafa Science and Technology Foundation (MSTF) and Oman’s Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). One of the major objectives of the 4th Science and Technology Exchange Program (STEP) in Islamic Countries, which is underway at Oman's Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), is to raise awareness of the significance of investment in research.
